1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ellisce website and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Revolut, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping
We offer free insured shipping on orders over 89€. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Europe. All shipments include tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos and design, is the property of Ellisce and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ellisce is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
