1. Shipping
We offer free insured shipping on all orders over 89€. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Spain and 5–7 business days for the rest of Europe. All shipments include full tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
2. Packaging
Every piece is carefully wrapped in our signature gift box, ready to give or keep. We use sustainable packaging materials wherever possible.
3. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping within Spain is free — we will send you a prepaid label.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
6. International Orders
We currently ship to all EU countries. Orders outside Spain may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
